Here is a bit about my Background... My Name is Jude Pilote, I live in Chilliwack, BC Canada. I have been spinning for over 40 years. I am a Indie Dyer..
I am a Spinner, Dyer, Knitter, & Weaver...plus dabble in alot of other activities including woodworking, making fiber tools, gardening, painting, carving & more. I spin when ever possible.
I have several wheels at present time, a Woolhouse Classic Production Wheel, Lendrum DT, a Jensen Tina II, several CPWs, 2 Schacht wheels, a Louet S70, a Wee Peggy, Ashford Traveler, 3 Espinners plus some other wheels
As a Spinner....an ever growing spindle collection, 4 loom, & other assorted fiber tools. I love portable projects & usually have a spindle or small knitting project always with me.
I belong to a great Spinning group which meets every Tuesday afternoon. There is a core of about 7 of us but It varies from week to week on how many are there. We share our ideas, knowledge, swap fiber, tools & Spin, knit, or do whatever fiber activity we are working on.
I have a few projects on the go...as always. I am happily spinning some dyed mohair & will ply it with some Fleeces Artist silk/Merino on my Hansen for my sister who is a very taleted knitter. On my Roberta, I have corridale wool that I solar dyed with Koolaide this summer.
